Fantastic and wonderful place with competent staff and ideal location in the town centre. Location short walk to a local eatery as well as the business district. Good service during our stay. Nice pool area too. Simply nothing to complain about, fine stay.

i booked a decent size immaculate room with a balcony. i loved the breakfast with a great selection of fab food.

Will come back, thank you. Climate control, ironing facilities and a work desk were available in our studio apartment. Industrial area close enough to the hotel. Moreover, there was a parking lot.

Breakfast options are convenient, with milk available at the counter, and the ability to cook a simple meal is a nice touch. the friendly service greatly enhances the experience, and the easy check-in process is a bonus. Its perfect setting is close to recommended restaurants, the airport, shops, and everything else you might need. it's a very positive experience!

A mini-kitchen was great and had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. There is restaurant Sapphire Grill at the premises. Worth its 4 stars.

The daily room service was thorough and efficient, keeping the apartment clean and tidy throughout my visit. I particularly appreciated the complimentary laundry facilities on-site, which were modern and well-maintained. The location of this hotel was also great, situated in a bustling commercial area with easy access to everything I needed.

The hotel is well-equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is secure basement parking which is a plus point. Staff members are polite but not very friendly. the location is not ideal as there are no decent restaurants or bars nearby. the Palmerston big shopping centre is not too far away, so that is a plus point for women.

The hotel is a bit far from the city and main shops.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Spent Christmas at this hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating. Got a clean and big room with comfortable beds, which was great. the pool area was the best place to relax and unwind, the perfect spot for sunbathing. Plus, the hotel was close to the main shopping centers and restaurants.

The recommended eating facilities did not meet our expectations. We were advised to go to a nearby petrol station for meals, but the service was poor.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay. the free pool was a nice bonus and the underground parking made it convenient for those with cars.

the Wi-Fi was capped at a certain amount per day, which could be frustrating for those needing to work remotely or use online services. while the hotel had some positive aspects, the location and lack of dining options left something to be desired.
